Nicola gave me this old Electoral Boundaries books (remaindered at her work) in October 2022. They combine several things I love: altered books, maps and an endless supply of decent gsm paper.
At first I thought the paper, being china coated, wouldn’t work, but in fact it works beautifully with sharpies. And collage (although sometimes the glue stick fails).
I suspect I’ll be playing with them for a long time. Here are some of the things I’ve done with them so far:
