I discovered a stash of yupo in my art supplies from under the bed, which i had to move when i reconfigured / rebuilt the bed.
I did this one with sharpies and initially my fave uniball eye, but the uniball was not stable.
I was wanting to try out the texture (great) of sharpies on the smoothness, since I’ve been loving china coated paper on my Illuminated Manuscripts series.
And of course I didn’t know what would be stable (sharpies yes, uniball no, biro kinda).
i have a screen saver that’s a beautiful weird collection of objects. Mostly this was me drawing things that came up in my Pinterest feed – things I’d pinned mostly. I wanted the random feed.
