Made from the same calendar as this piece, just different pages.
I was inspired by the embossed backs of the brown pages, but when I looked at how the gold shone in the light, I had to make the brown side the front.
Experimenting with just geometric shapes in a carousel. Used the embossing on the pages as a guide for cutting.
It feels like as you’re looking at it that a monster will jump out of the depths at any point.
