Make graceful and lasting change

National Gallery Singapore

Cindy Tonkin - August 22, 2019

Today I am in Singapore. Spent a pleasant few hours in the National Gallery of Singapore, which wasn’t here last time I was in Singapore.

The building is architecturally stunning – two colonial buildings (the City Hall, and the Law Courts) have been enclosed and joined. The atrium roof is beautiful (you’ll see the images below). The old law courts have impressive wood paneling and both buildings have beautiful marble floors: I had to control myself from taking more pictures of the floors and staircases than I did of the artworks.

Here are my pictures.
