Ola from Poland taught us this. she learnt it from a a south American body percussionist improviser.
Here’s Emmy from Vancouver Island and ola and Antony from Poland doing it.

Done in a circle. then when the movement is established add singing.
Steps
1. Step forward and back
2. Add clap behind and in front
3. Add thigh slap
4. Add foot tap

Don’t think too much about it.
Then sing.
